KORODUR WH-Special

KORODUR WH-Special = Hard Aggregate to DIN 1100-A 0/4.

Hard aggregate in accordance with DIN 1100 (May 1979) based on a synthetic raw material base. High quality hard aggregates classified in coating group A, and specially suited for surfaces which are subjected to the most severe stress as regards wear and tear. They have a high tensile strength and are particularly resistant to impact.

Areas of Application:

For all hard aggregate concrete screeds acc. to DIN 18560 (1990) - ZE 65 A.

Extremely resistant to bumping and ramming stresses.

Suitable for use in areas with heavy iron wheel traffic and high impact unloading of sharp-edged work pieces etc. Suitable for use on stair treads which are subjected to heavy wear.

Able to withstand the sliding and rolling of work pieces, plant traffic of all kinds, fork-lift truck movement and crawler tractor traffic. Particularly suited for loading ramps and surfaces being subjected to the heaviest traffic.

Properties:

  • Resistant to Petrol, Mineral oil, Solvents
  • Highly wear resistant even under the most severe stress, fork lift-truck resistant
  • Waterproof, suitable for constantly wet areas
  • Non-skid, anti-slip even in the case of oil spills and in wet rooms
  • De-icer resistant
  • Non-rusting
  • Physiologically harmless
  • Not electrostatically chargeable
  • Easy to clean
