The KORODUR Bonding Compound is a high quality ready-mixed dry mortar, the production of which is subjected to continuous quality controls, both factory and outside controls according to the German Standards DIN 18557 (factory mortar). The production is carried out by the most modern technique wit the most modern plant equipment thus guaranteeing continuous good quality of the product.

Material Description:

The KORODUR bonding Compound serves as an adhesive compound for cement-bound screeds of all grades - including KORODUR hard aggregate screeds - on concrete.

Due to the optimum adhesive properties of the KORODUR Bonding Compound, during break tests the structure breaks either in the subbase or in the screed without affecting the bonded layers.

The KORODUR Bonding Compund is characterized by its good breathing properties that in can be applied in wet areas, especially in outdoor areas. It is unaffected by possible subgrade moisture.

The KORODUR Bonding Compound has an intensive brown color - thus a safe visual application control is guaranteed. The intensive brown color ensures a constant quality of the compound as any over dilution will change the color texture of the compound.

Processing Temperature:

Not below +5 degrees celcious.

Consumption:

Approx. 1,2-1,8 kg/m2 KORODUR Bonding Compound depending on the surface structure and the porosity of the subbase.

Storage:

Shelf life approx. six months. Storage with the usual care as for hydraulic binding agent.

Packaging:

3-ply special paper bags with high pressure Polyethylene-lining of 25 kgs each.
