What is the cost?
In most cases the Margia Floor cost approximately
$8.00-$12.00
per square foot, depending on size and degree of difficulty.
Why is the cost of Margia Floor
so
economical?
In actuality, the Margia is less expensive because of
the average life cycle is more than "3 times" longer than alternative products.
The Margia has a useful and proven life of more than 25 years. The
Margia product is only installed by our own company craftsmen to ensure the quality for
which the Margia is known for.
How can I justify the Cost of the
Margia vs. the Alternative?
Easily, with a 25+ year life floor system that remains
non-slip for life and requires little, if any, maintenance. The company will
greatly reduce the yearly maintenance budget, minimize or eliminate slip and fall
accidents which reduces workers comp. claims and insurance premiums, and increase
individual productivity simply because they can concentrate on work and not have to worry
about walking on slippery floors.
How can we reduce the cost of the Margia?
For one, during the early design
stages, insist that Margia Floors provide the Architect with a desired floor joint layout.
This will allow for an efficient and timely installation schedule, thus reducing
the total number of days required for the project.
What about the installation schedule and
cure time?
As each crew of the Margia is able to
produce approximately 100m2 per day. Although this does not seem like a lot, it is
every day and the installation is unaffected by outside circumstances. On every
project for the last 10 years, Margia Floors has been the driving force for the other
trades to get their work completed, on time, or else move on and come back later to
finish. Our planning is very precise, and with any successful project the plan must
be followed with a firm commitment.
