KOROPLAN   PC, depending on the absorption capacity of the subbase, is diluted with water in a ratio between 1:1 up to 1:3 and is applied by means of brush or squeegee.   Formation of puddles to be avoided.  When coating the subbaseshould be matt-damp.

Processing
1 bag KOROPLAN DUR (25kg) to be mixed with approx. 5 ltr water.  The use of a stirrer with approx. 600 rpm is recommended.   After drying out of the primer KOROPLAN is cast and spread over the surface by means of scraper-toothed spatula.  The floor covering is self-leveling, also pumpable (e.g. Monojst of company PFT) and results in a closed, plane surface without additional grinding or smoothing.  Daily performance per working team up to 2,000 m², in case of slope KOROPLAN DUR must be modified for higher stability.

Processing temperature      min. + 10°C

Consumption    1.7 kg/m² per mm layer thickness

After-treatment
After drying out of the surface we recommend the sealing with KOROFINISH on an acrylat-basis or the epoxy resin impregnation KOROPOX.  This enhances the chemical resistance and has the effect of rejecting moisture and contamination, leading thus to dust-free surfaces, which can cleaned easily.

Packaging / Delivery
25 kg special paper packaging

Storage
Dry and protected from heat and direct sunlight.  Shelf-life 6 months.  Once opened units must be closed immeadiately.

Subbase Requirements
Subbase must be resistant to pressure and pull, load bearing, dry and free from contaminations and other separating agents.  It must meet the demands of DIN 18365 as well as DIN 18560 part 3, para. 4.1.  Before processing or one day before, the subbase must be primed with KOROPLAN PC.
Remarks
